Mr. Meyer represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on construction defects, contract claims, business torts, and pretrial strategy. He has been licensed in Idaho since 2009 and has more than 25 years of experience helping clients resolve disputes efficiently and protect their interests in and out of court. Daniel served for nearly a decade in an executive team capacity as General Counsel of National companies with presence in 25 states, handling a wide range of matters including their human resources and employment issues, commercial real estate and corporate transactions, compliance, licensing, insurance, intellectual property, arbitration and litigation and many other related matters. His practice includes case assessment, discovery strategy, motion practice, negotiation, and trial preparation. He has handled matters in state and federal court and regularly advises clients on minimizing litigation risk before disputes arise.

Daniel earned his J.D. from The University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from The University of San Diego. He is admitted to practice in Idaho as a member of the Idaho State Bar Association. Outside the office, Daniel enjoys riding and hiking with his children on the Boise greenbelt and in the local foothills and volunteers with them and his office mates in various community related events, reflecting his commitment to the local community.
