

Sarah A. Millar
Attorney
Ms. Millar brings over a decade of diverse legal experience to her practice, having spent the majority of her career navigating the legal landscapes of Idaho’s state and local government.
Before entering private practice, Sarah served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Idaho Office of the Attorney General. In this role, she provided legal counsel to the Idaho Department of Correction and the Commission for Pardons and Parole. Her work spanned employment law, policy development, and legislative matters, as well as representing the Idaho Department of Correction in federal civil litigation. Sarah also served for many years as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Boise. During her tenure, she acted as both a prosecutor and legal advisor for municipal clients.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Utah.
A Boise resident with deep roots in the community and mom of four, Sarah enjoys volunteering her time with local schools, sports teams, and her faith’s youth organization. She also currently serves on the committee for the Lawyers Assistance Program of the Idaho State Bar Association.
